Fascial yoga is dynamic repetitive yoga movements with focus on the ability to sense and experience the different tissues.

In combination with yin yoga  (relaxed practice of floor postures for three to five minutes at a time) both have the intention to revive these tissues of the body. In this training we put an  emphasize on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.

By drawing the students awareness away from the muscles and deeper into the bones a deep level of relaxed focus is achieved.

For us, Fascia Yoga, Yin Yoga and myofascial release techniques are the best tools in yoga to free practitioner and teacher of pain and to give a sense of the individual anatomy of each student.

This training features exercises with a lot of practice, fun and demonstration. An understanding of the anatomic functional relationships is the key to improve the practice of Yoga.

Learn how you or your students can come into a deeper level of freedom and health.

Everything about fascia can not be learnt by reading books about it , it has to be literally "understood" - in  ourselves and others.

1)  Fascia & Yin Practice
2) Structure & Sequencing of a yin class & and a fascia flow class
3) Simplified anatomy by touching and doing easy to digest
4) Mobility tests,
5) The logic of hands-on-assists and variations of yin yoga poses
6) Muscles, Fascia & Myofascial Release
