AUGUST: FASCIAL YOGA & MYOFASCIAL RELEASE IN ATLANTA WITH DIRK BENNEWITZ

Through this training you will learn how you can raise injury-free your flexibility and improve athletic performances by yoga and self-bodywork.
We will not target only the muscles, but the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones and joints.
There is no pain, not even discomfort. Instead, the movements are stimulating and relaxing at the same time.

SEPTEMBER: FASCIAL YOGA & MYOFASCIAL RELEASE TRAINING IN NEW JERSEY WITH ANDREA

Fascial yoga is dynamic repetitive yoga movements with focus on the ability to sense and experience the different tissues.

In combination with yin yoga  (relaxed practice of floor postures for three to five minutes at a time)both have the intention to revive these tissues of the body. In this training we put an  emphasize on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.
